TradeSatoshi account locked

I haven't logged into my TradeSatoshi account for many months, today I tried to login and I see the error "Your account is locked". Submitted a ticket already, no reply yet. I searched their reddit and found there are a lot of complaints about TS closing accounts for no reason.

They unlock my account after confirm name/birthday/username/email.
