Some news coming out of Circle & Poloniex, no more USA citizens:

Poloniex is leaving Circle & US market. US customer trading ends 11/1.

Poloniex is spinning out from Circle into a new company, Polo Digital Assets, Ltd., with the backing of a major investment group. The spinout will free us to focus on the needs of global crypto traders with new features, assets and services.

Our first new offer to Poloniex traders is that effective October 21, 2019, all spot trading fees will be reduced to 0% until the end of the year. Poloniex intends to continue beyond that with highly competitive and creative pricing models for traders.

We will be winding down operations for US customers. US customers will no longer be able to trade starting on November 1, 2019. See the full wind down schedule in the announcement.

URGENT: Your Trading on Poloniex Ends November 1

Hello Poloniex US Customer,

This is an important reminder that trading for US Poloniex customers will end on November 1, 2019. With the end of trading, you must also stop depositing funds into your account. Please finalize all trades and deposits prior to November 1, 2019.

As a US Poloniex customer, you will continue to have access to all of your cryptoassets through Circle until at least December 15, 2019. To remain in control of your assets, you must withdraw your full balance prior to this date.
