Is Coinex exchange legit?

Hey guys, i'm thinking to move my ADA to Coinex since they have the highest reported ADA volume , and tons of overall crypto volume with many top cryptos, anyone use Coinex and are they legit?
I read they're partnered with Bcash (see here) and R.Ver so this worries me, and makes them sound a lil shady to me since Roger is , welll, we all know haha
