Exchanges generating new BTC address

I see Bitfinex can generate new Bitcoin/crypto address always, so nice, but Binance cannot. If you KYC in Binance can get new address generated? i did not KYC, and i cannot generate new address and i do not like it. i like to know what exchanges can generate new, and what cannot thanks
